The room is clean and absolutely perfect and equipped with a kettle and a balcony. The positives include marvellous location and parking nearby. There's cool Cafe zum Muehlbach not too far from the hotel, make desserts etc.

The staff were very helpful from the moment we arrived. It was in a central setting in the village centre...

Gorgeous hotel with extremely friendly personnel. Marvellous view of the lake. Location is absolutely perfect, so close to the mountains, lake, main tourist area, and old market square. Set outside of the center.

The rooms are reasonably spacious and quiet, and they come with a kitchen. The breakfast offers a wide array of healthy food options. The hotel has a particularly good location, just a short walk away from Museum Hallstatt.

I felt so free exploring the big house and the story told by the host made me feel more connected. The coffee for 0.5 Euro was a delightful bonus. Everywhere I looked, there was joy - in the yard by the lake, on the balcony, in the breakfast room. The hosts made our honeymoon full of joy. The location was away from the crowds, with gorgeous views from the window and balcony. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Klaus and Isabelle were wonderful hosts who gave great recommendations. The property was quiet, with a wonderful view of the lake. Breakfast kept me going and the host was fantastic. I felt welcome and relaxed.

The owner, Isabelle, was wonderful and so well-organized. She thought of everything down to the last detail. When we arrived, she even allowed us to keep our car overnight beside the Pension as we had driven a long way. Isabelle kept us informed about what was happening in the area and provided great recommendations for places to eat. The flat we stayed in was well-equipped and had a balcony overlooking the magical lake, amazing in the mornings and evenings. Everything in the flat was so well laid out, it felt just like home. I also loved spending time on the sun loungers in the garden, it was such a perfect place to relax. I had an lovely experience at Pension Sarstein. Thank you!
